The placement of human resources in Islamic education is a crucial component of educational management that directly influences the quality and development of institutions. This study examines the concepts, principles, processes, and challenges of workforce placement from the perspective of Islamic education, which emphasizes the values of trustworthiness, competence, justice, professionalism, and the balance between worldly and spiritual orientations. The placement process includes needs analysis, recruitment, selection, appropriate assignment based on qualifications, continuous evaluation, and the development of personnel in both spiritual and professional aspects. However, its implementation still faces several obstacles, such as a shortage of competent personnel, nepotism, limited training opportunities, weak digital literacy, and low spiritual awareness among some employees. This study highlights that strengthening human resource management based on Islamic values and enhancing adaptability to technological advancements are essential to achieving effective workforce placement and improving the overall quality of Islamic education.
