The Effect of Work Motivation and Employee Discipline on Service Effectiveness at the West Bandung Regency Education Office

The main problem in this study is the effectiveness of low services, which according to the observations of researchers caused by employee motivation and discipline that is not optimal. Based on thought and consideration, researchers intend to investigate further in the form of a thesis research entitled "The Effect of Employee Motivation and Discipline on Service Effectiveness in the West Bandung Regency Education Office".
The research method used is the explanatory survey method, which is a method that aims to test the research hypotheses that have been formulated previously. The analysis technique used is descriptive statistical techniques that function to group data, work on, conclude, explain and present the processed results. It aims to make a pattern of causal relations between the value of a variable with other variables. Analysis in data processing uses path analysis.
The conclusion in this study is that Employee Motivation and Empirical Work Discipline has influenced the effectiveness of services in the West Bandung Regency Education Office, both partially and simultaneously. The results also found that effectiveness was influenced by other factors which were academically recognized.
