The Effect of Leadership and Motivation on Employee Performance of the West Bandung Regency Education Office

The main problem in this study is the low employee performance, which according to the researchers' observations is caused by leadership and motivation that is not optimal. Based on thought and consideration, researchers intend to investigate further in the form of a thesis research entitled "The Effect of Leadership and Motivation on the Performance of West Bandung Regency Education Office Staff".
The research method used is the explanatory survey method, which is a method that aims to test the research hypotheses that have been formulated previously. The analysis technique used is descriptive statistical techniques that function to group data, work on, conclude, explain and present the processed results. It aims to make a pattern of cause and effect relationships between the value of a variable with other variables. Analysis in data processing uses path analysis.
The conclusion in this study is that the leadership and motivation of employees empirically influence the Performance of Employees in the West Bandung Regency Education Office, both partially and simultaneously. The results also found that performance is influenced by other factors that are academically recognized.
